All are conveniently located at approximately 2.5 miles (4 kms) from the main gates of Disney's Magic Kingdom. Our condos are decorated and equipped with passion. You will find memory foam mattresses, brand new electronics including LCD TVs and music system, well-equipped kitchen and separate DVD Player and TV for kids’ room.

Most of our guests find out about us through positive word-of-mouth or through friendly invitation from us. Our goal is to make your stay with us a memorable and comfortable one (so you can tell others about us). We want to offer twice the value of an upscale hotel at less than half the price. What's the process?

1. Reach out to us through "Check Availability" page on this website (or email us) to find availability for your check-in and check-out dates. We will confirm availability thru email and you will then make payments to confirm your booking. You can pay by credit card/ PayPal/ check through postal mail. Please do review Rental Agreement under 'Useful Links'.

2. A few days before your check-in date, we will call you to take credit card authorization ("hold") towards Refundable Security Deposit. This authorization/ hold on your credit card is immediately released upon check-out without any breakage/ damage.

3. We will provide you with Access Code for the Condo door-lock (or lock-box). Upon arrival at the condo, just punch in that code and the door will unlock (or open the lock-box and take out main door keys). We will provide you our local property management company contact who is available for urgent issues on 24 x 7 basis.

4. At the time of check-out, just lock the condo door - push gently to make sure it is indeed locked (or put main door key in lock-box and close the lock-box). Please drop us an email mentioning your overall experience!
